The governor of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, said they are "awaiting" a decision from President Javier Milei's government regarding any announcements on export retentions. "We are waiting because it is a very bizarre situation worldwide, in the context of how international prices, in sync with conflicts and geopolitics, are constantly moving," he stated. Kicillof also criticized Milei for the paralysis of the Salado Basin works. "We work with tools through the ministries and, of course, with Banco Provincia, which has the greatest territorial deployment," he added. Furthermore, Kicillof highlighted that PBA is a leader in the five most important crops and emphasized the financing plans through Banco Provincia.
